Women In Sci-Fi // Women's History Month 2021

In addition to the traditional "Women's History" resources, a coworker and I wanted to highlight women in different fields of literature each year and this year was Science Fiction, fitting since the genre was started by a woman (Frankenstein, Mary Shelly, 1818). In this series of displays I wanted to highlight the author next to their most prominent Sci-Fi book. I took elements of each books story and inspired by the book covers created abstract designs surrounding the author and her name. I love how this turned out and this more simplistic design would end up influencing the direction of Themed Content imagery for the rest of the year!
